I recently stayed at Central Park Hotel for my trip to Hanoi. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Jennifer and Julia. They made us feel right at home and even stayed in touch with us throughout our journey. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. The room, although small, was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and assisting with everything from exchanging money to arranging our Halong Bay trip. Thank you, Jennyfer, Tony, and Tan, for making our stay memorable and enjoyable!

Nothing it was perfect.

french quarter was at a short distance. as for me, the location is perfect. if you want to eat nearby, try green tangerine, which is situated 100 ft away.

Loved the comfy bed and stylish room. The hotel staff were super helpful. Great access to sights and a vibrant market. I felt like a local.until I saw the cockroaches in my room.

Well located, nice personal, clean. ideal for back packers....

Improvements required: Water leak in room when raining. Water in bed, pillows floor etc .We had to put towel in windows to control water cominng in. Not well isolated from other rooms. Noise till 4 AM, people playing cards eve if we advised front desk at 1 AM. We could not sleep.....one night. When next room was empty everything was ok.

Basically the service was okay. But when the staff tried to promote tour package, it was not honest.

The lobby and corridors were hot. They did not install any air-cond there. When we walked out of our room, we could feel the heat from outside of the room.

Convenient location near tourist attractions, with surprisingly quiet rooms. Warm breakfast prepared at 3am for early airport departures. Upgraded room was bright with a spacious bed. Friendly and helpful staff assist with airport transfers and provide information on local attractions. Discounts and free upgrades offered for Ha Long Bay tours.

Excellent service and value for money! We were warmly greeted and shown our beautiful room, which was modern and clean. The breakfast had a good variety but could have more options for vegetarians. Despite a few limitations, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a decent option in the Old Quarter. The room was clean and secure. The breakfast was okay with a couple of good options. The staff was friendly and helpful, they helped us out with our local transportation. The hotel location was quite convenient, with easy access to tourist spots and nightlife.

The hotel lacked a proper seating area or common areas, only the lobby was available for guests to sit. The elevator was quite small, it only fits two people and it needs renovation.

The hotel had a superb location in the heart of the Old Quarter, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were kind and helpful, assisting me with recommendations and advice to make the most of my time in this beautiful city. The cleanliness of the room impressed me, and every day I returned to a spotless and tidy space. The hotel facilities were convenient and practical, making my stay pleasant and functional.

central park hotel in hanoi exceeded my expectations during my holiday. the staff were exceptional, the tours were high quality and great value, and the location in the old quarter was perfect for exploring the city. highly recommend!

Maintenance issues need addressing. door had to be double deadlocked to stay closed.
